Shopping is Therapy

Oh gosh... next time kalau tak sure jangan buat. and it will be a waste of money - and that is just what happened to me recently. Lisa is getting married soon so memang seronok la kan fikir baju macamana nak pakai. at first i wanted to get not too expensive baju for the nikah since i have spent for the reception. but, my mistake was when i decided to go to Gulatis to tengok2 kain. the perkataan tengok2 pun dah tak sepatutnya berlaku. so, yeah i ended buying an expensive material but bila dah jadi baju, commitee kata tak cukup glamour. 😂 so Lisa offered to belanja me baju sepasang - alahai awat la tak khabor awal2, hehehe 😁 last weekend we both went to Wanzar and oh em gee, banyak pulak baju2 yang menarik and the price is so reasonable!! dayummm... so i ended getting 1 for myself and 1 Lisa belanja. alhamdulillah.

and today, was the day that i am picking up my dress for Lisa's reception. oh em gee... i really love the dress!! it is modest, and elegant at the same time. well yeah, ikut body shape but i love it! hahaha 😃 i love the dress terletak on my body. and the beadings on the lace very banyak and cantik tersusun. it is so worth the money that i paid for. i love the part yang i look like indonesian lady pulak with the baju.

and of course, greedy kan, i have another pair that i ordered from Bandung. yang itu i really hope it will turn out well sebab ukuran pun main hantar by whatsapp je. tunggu... 

overweight issue

masalah besar bagi aku. i know it is a problem for me and yet it is just so difficult for me to discipline myself right now. toughest part is to reduce my carbs intake. for those who wonders who keep on saying that it is ok for me since i do zumba everyday - it doesn't work that way! rules is still 80% (food) 20% (exercise). 

so the frustration continues when i can't even wear most of my pants anymore. i have like more than 10 pairs of pants.. for work.. and i cannot even buckle it!! i am now wearing size 12 from size 8. that is like 2 sizes bigger. and i have been wearing 2 same skirts for the past 1 month. lama2 lusuh la skirt aku tuh... since yang ni pinggang dia getah.. masih boleh lagi masuk :p

today since no one joins me for lunch - i went to Nu Sentral and get to FOS. hehehe :D murah2 jer... buy 1 get 1 free... and most inspired by cerita teman lelaki upahan. neat and smart.. smart casual - just that, i won't be wearing heels like kyra lydia lah.. - cari nahas namanya.

hari raya preparation

what else is hot other than hari raya topic, right? everywhere people starts talking and discussing about hari raya preparation. last weekend, joelis went out with their daddy again to buy whatever that has not been settled yet. before that i checked how many of joey's baju melayu can still be worn. 2 pairs need to be given away. N1 gave imran's green baju melayu to joey :) alhamdulillah.. so now, we need to get 2 pairs more. since kaiser refuses to get himself a new pair of baju melayu, 3 of us will follow his color. hehee :D the latest color that he has is grey. so our theme this year is greyish silverish.. something like that lah :D and another color would be peachy-pinkish-creamish.. hahaha since my cousin is getting married and that is his theme :p 

my parents house, as usual, will be doing a make over. new curtains etc... hmmm is it really necessary? well to the usual malays yeahh.. hehehe :D they spend pretty much for the preparation. not me though.. maybe because we won't be having people coming over anyway... ermmm at least not that many.. like last year i had 2 families i think to our house.. it was nice to prepare some food for hari raya.. but decorations? just normal... nothing fancy.. just kept the house clean and presentable for guests to come :)

so anyway, since yesterday joelis were out shopping with their dad... kaiser and i went out for iftar.. finally... after 2 weekends passed, we get to eat at al-amar :) at pavillion. and after that we went around pavillion, jalan2.. bumped into joey and daddy.. hehehe and also my cousin and his family. saw a few nice batek baju kurung... price?? rm790 and above.. erkrkk..

as for my baju kurung, they will only be ready on wednesday.. :( hmmm trying to get them ready by tuesday ... pleading my tailor..

my first bazaar ramadhan visit

this year kaiser's time always clashes with mine. normally if i want to go to bazaar ramadhan, i will go on the scooter - easier to park. but since kaiser is always at work the time that i want to go, i have not been to any yet, until yesterday.

the traffic was really terrible. it took me 2 hours to get home! i was so tired, sleepy and bored... lisa was browsing youtube to look for funny videos for us to watch.. and that entertained us for awhile. 

hehehe this is really funny.. and we found a few more... we just laughed till we both can't breathe... hahha lol :D 

so anyway... before we reach home, we stopped at bazaar ramadhan in taman setiawangsa.. there were not many people. not like before.. lisa bought roti john that she has been wanting to eat since last week. i don't have anything in mind until i saw sate. :) the usual sate seller that i used to buy often.

the food that we bought doesn't taste that good... infact the sate was dry and hard.. :( disappointing but.. that was our rezeki.

shopping mode

either something is bothering me or i am just in a shopping mode. i am just so happy today because i found the shoes that i wanted... almost bought 2 pairs because they have 2 colours. but thinking that i have 2 pairs of black shoes already... cancelled my plan.. errmm.. or... i will just sleep on it, and decide over the weekend. :p hahaha

i bought a piece of white dress for my party tomorrow... and the problem started because got to buy few other things.. which don't think i wanna mention here. one of them is a pair of shoes to match with a white dress... went round the whole alpha angle yesterday with lisa, but found nothing :(

and today, went to mid vall for lunch, not even 5 minutes, i saw the shoes that i wanted... so, tried my size and yey!!

i had this pair before... but either i lost them or i threw them away...

looking for office wear?

last sunday i was busy helping my youngest sister ehheheh :D helping? herrmmm... more of working :p  hhaahaha :D she has an online shopping for office wear. so, instead of taking the clothes out and put them back in on a mannequin, i became her not so classy model.. hahahah :D oh well, she was going to crop my face anyway... she only needed the body for the clothing :p  so, ok lah...

my passion on animal print/skin

i dont really remember when i started to like this. the only thing that i remembered was when i saw a leopard lingerie sold at the bazaar at the curve somewhere in 2010.. heheh :D then i forgot about it until this year, i saw the snake skin print on the handbag that i like.. which, eventually, i bought :p and owhh before that i bought a long dress with zebra print black and white.. hmmm.. eh... now that i think about it, i do have quite a lot lah! :o so the most recent one was my new pair of shoes... i lost my black heels.. cannot find it.. so, i lost it lah kan.. :p i have to have a pair of black heels for office, no? and i saw this one... it was cheap, and comfortable :) and guess what... the latest one was when i went to isetan and saw another handbag with polka dot snake skin...yey... am i buying it? let's see..

hahaha guess what??? the last time kaiser and i visited a showhouse was during raya too!! heh heh :D yearly event as if.. anyway... yeah... we finally get to visit the showhouse. first we saw the buntings along the road. then we went there on a weekend. unfortunately they were closed due to merdeka weekend. and after that weekend, i visited lisa's friend's house for raya open house and i was talking to her mom... and she has visited the place... and highly recommended. price wise... waayyyyy for us to reach... unless someone accidentally generously gave us like rm4M... okay lah.... kan... :P *day dreaming*

the house was really nice... i love the kitchen... the sides of the house.. although it would be nicer if the land area was bigger.. but of course, then it will be more expensive lah... and we asked. for the showhouse, selling at rm4.6M... all in... waahhh nicee... i like... who wants to give me rm4.6M??? at least rm4.3M, enough lah... balance, i will take loan :p hahahaha :D 

love the gym in the house... the karaoke room... but since they say, no photography, i cannot snap pictures for you :( you just must go and visit the house. there are 3 types.. 

downside: no clubhouse, no playground.. hmmm might need to pay high maintenance fees minimum rm500 per month (my guess) because there are only 29 units. 

i read in some forums, people were complaining about the area being near to mosques... my opinion, if you don't like being near to a mosque, don't buy lah... don't have to yik yak about it... no one forces you to stay there anyway... as for me, i like it.. :)

call me whatever you want... but i am thrashing whatever that i am thinking right now. work has been hell. still doing it though but aarghh.... home has its own issues... hate to talk about it here, lantak lah.. i have better things to do. if you ask me, nope, i don't feel like going for the event this coming weekend. feeling like shit. this is going to be my last year being in a committee. do i love diving? yes... but i don't think i want to work with the team anymore... might as well concentrating on something else. the passion has turned into a dragging task. ikhlas? shut up!! don't try to talk about ikhlas on this matter with me. some of us have done beyond our own responsibility... will we be rewarded as much as we sacrificed? ermmm let me think about it... better not answer... some people come to the office and sleep, they get rewarded... some people talk cock, they get rewarded... some people who works like hell, what do they get? a piece of shit! and not to mention stupid decisions that some people make... that i wasted almost 2 years doing the same thing, repeating it more than twice, just to satisfy someone's ego!! blardy hell!! that is nature of work... but nevertheless, with these people that i have to work with.... i still get my monthly reward, alhamdulillah. that, i am grateful to Allah... i am just tired of working with some people. and now i have not even started packing...

just this made me happy... today... did not plan to buy one.. although i will lying if i say that i have not thought about it. maybe because i have not found one that suits my taste after my first buy way back in 2007 when i got my licence. so, i guess it is time? :) justifying my expenses :)

friday shopping spree :)

i think i am beginning to like this place.  :) i was here last week, with wids... and for the first time, when i put on the sunglasses, i felt like, it is for me :) but... as usual, when i am sober, i will think many many times before i purchase anything :P unless, if i am stressed or hungry! LOL :D hahahaha... so, that day.. i told myself, if i come back next week (which is this week), and the sunglasses are still there, then, it is meant for me :) so... there i was during lunch time :) and i ended up buying 2 blouses... one for me and one for lisa :P har har har... 

i like the clothes... price is reasonable. look fresh... and nice :)

hahaha... another achievement (just an excuse for shopping).. luckily i stopped myself to remind myself that i dont need it, but i just want it when i stopped at roxy to get a handbag just now... but you know what...? i just cant stop thinking about it now... hmmmm... its a leisure handbag... ok what... :P

am i getting nervous because i am doing an open house this weekend? :P errrkk... i have been shopping :P ... gosh... yesterday somehow i bought a kebaya top from 'bhaju' boutique.. i liked the crepe batik baju kurung but it was ridiculously expensive! RM690 and above for a pair of baju kurung??? aahhh tak payah... so i bought a top instead to match with my silk batik lepas.. i think i am going to wear that one this weekend, if not the blue lace i bought from bandung recently.. 

and today, lunch time, i went to midvalley with my partner in crime.. saper lagi kalau tak ms WD...ggrr... tak pasal2.. bought 2 tops

and extremely tired at the same time...  my plan for today was to look for tudung CT nurhaliza :) hehehe :D and as for joelis, they can just relax.. but then, my sister N3 told me that my mom wants to take lisa shopping.. hmmm apa lagi yang nak dibeli nya tu... and somehow, this morning, kaiser said he can come with us.. yey... i don't have to drive :P... so, by 11am.. yeahh it was late coz i was lazying in my bed :P... we drove to my parents' house to pick up N3.. and drop joey to play/babysit zharee :)) 

destination, ampang park... kaiser saw the tudung that i wanted... RM190... reduced to RM150.. kaiser disagree... overpriced he said... so, hmmm no go.. :( we went around again, and saw a dress together with hoody.. and can buy the headgear as well... wahhh... so, i tried :) and i like it..and we bought it... then baru nak round lagi... got a bbm from my youngest sister N4... my dad's car brokedown in kelana jaya... alamakkk... and with her was my mom and lisa.. 

the tow truck arrived... almost towed my car instead! hahahaa

next destination... rescue mission :P first we sent N3 home, coz otherwise, there'll be not enough space to fit in everyone in the car :) then we drove off to kelana jaya... road was clear... N4 called up a tow truck.. arrived in a few minutes after we arrived... isshh nasib baik dia tak tow keter aku.. cheh.. :P ada kaa?? 

then, kaiser brought all of us to subang parade... lisa and my mom.. borong a lot of things... kaiser got a pair of sports shoes for his gym.. hmmm orang carik kasut raya, dia carik kasut gym... hehehe :D biarlah asal dia bahagia. 

then send my mom, sister and lisa home... stop for prayer... then off we go again to aeon jusco...kaiser got for himself a pair of baju melayu... so happy la dia...rm35 for 1 pair!! and material linen ok!! :) how cool is that.. and by the time we reached home, it was almost break fast time... :) hehehehe :D and i was so exhausted!! joelis left at my parents' house coz they want to continue for terawikh... i had to send kaiser home.. when we reached home, by the time i got on my sofa... can't get up anymore.. after about an hour, went upstairs, showered... perform my prayers.. and went to sleep.. counting that i have about 5 hours sleep before i have to get up to go to my parents' house for sahur.. the last day of ramadhan... having sahur together :)
