properties in bukit jelutong

i want to write more, but i am not in the mood.. :P i wish to share this with you before i delete the pictures from my handphone :) as usual, our hobby over the weekend is to jalan2 looking at houses... or cars... or big bikes... this week.. ermmm 3 weeks already.. we have been eyeing for houses in bukit jelutong, shah alam. joelis don't really like the area, but so far it is not as expensive as in KL.

but just to let you know..even those in bkt jelutong that we like, we couldn't afford them hahaaha :D so, now how??

hahaha guess what??? the last time kaiser and i visited a showhouse was during raya too!! heh heh :D yearly event as if.. anyway... yeah... we finally get to visit the showhouse. first we saw the buntings along the road. then we went there on a weekend. unfortunately they were closed due to merdeka weekend. and after that weekend, i visited lisa's friend's house for raya open house and i was talking to her mom... and she has visited the place... and highly recommended. price wise... waayyyyy for us to reach... unless someone accidentally generously gave us like rm4M... okay lah.... kan... :P *day dreaming*

it is called damaisari - 3 storey terrace bungalows at wangsa melawati.

 

the house was really nice... i love the kitchen... the sides of the house.. although it would be nicer if the land area was bigger.. but of course, then it will be more expensive lah... and we asked. for the showhouse, selling at rm4.6M... all in... waahhh nicee... i like... who wants to give me rm4.6M??? at least rm4.3M, enough lah... balance, i will take loan :p hahahaha :D 

love the gym in the house... the karaoke room... but since they say, no photography, i cannot snap pictures for you :( you just must go and visit the house. there are 3 types.. 

downside: no clubhouse, no playground.. hmmm might need to pay high maintenance fees minimum rm500 per month (my guess) because there are only 29 units. 

i read in some forums, people were complaining about the area being near to mosques... my opinion, if you don't like being near to a mosque, don't buy lah... don't have to yik yak about it... no one forces you to stay there anyway... as for me, i like it.. :)

there goes my holiday plans with joelis.... somehow when i told lisa about it, she asked me back, "bukan ke mama kata mmg we are not going anywhere for a holiday?" hmmm but knowing me, is there any incidences that i did not take my kids anywhere during the school holiday? ahah! i don't think so.. kan... busuk2 pun port dickson..heheheh :D well anyway, that story, next time okay... priority first... tadi dah kena bebel dengan kaiser... telinga dah tebal nih... i should have told him only after we are back from the holiday lah... kan ;) hehehe :D whatever it is, we must find a place fast! actually kan, better move out in dec when we are on holiday.. kan :p baru tau landlord tuh... hmmphh.. 

these are my choices... 

• minimum 1600sqft (sorry but used to > 2200sqft now :P)
• preferably a house (malas nak angkut brg lepas beli groceries, and don't like the noises)
• preferably bukit antarabangsa area coz we just love this area... tenang jer and cooling ;)

and now i cannot think... coz so sleepy and tired...

today is the 5th raya :) so, we went to ukay seraya... ahahahah... ehhh.. not the 90's band boys group 'ukays' okay.. talking about houses here... more of resort style..pergghh... i tell you... you'll cry watching man!! ahakss... we went to the show house yesterday but it was closed. the guy asked us to come back.. so today we went lah.. [looking at show houses is one of our favorite things to do when we are free :) ~ other than going to harley davidson or car show rooms] well anyway, upon our observation... it was a good buy... the interior are with good quality, good quality doors, sink, bath tub etc.. 

there were 3 types of houses but we liked the type A..maybe because it was already fully furnished. the ID job was fantastic! the house interior cutting.. or layout plan was properly done and systematic. spacious rooms.. including the maid's room, which is good. i'd say worth paying rm3.8M to RM5M for the house with swimming pool. we started looking around.. pointing out... lisa's room and joey's room.. then the guests room, the mini gym that we can create..hehehe... and i told kaiser, if this is our house, then i will need a lived-in maid.. and kaiser agreed...'2 maids' he said! errkkk... :p on 2nd thought.. i'd have a house manager and a maid.. ;) enjoy the pictures all! ;) all these taken from my bb :) so, pls excuse the photos quality yaa.. ;)

our comparison: with uurmmm what's that's called? oohh amberhill @ melawati that we went to see 2 weeks ago...this one is much much better!! unfortunately, most of these houses are all sold.. only 3 left and with no swimming pool cost about RM3.8M :( * hehehee macam la aku mampu nak beli kan :P* well anyway... we were also thinking, at the end of the day... there are only 4 of us in the house.. do we really need a home that huge? errmm... so... this is our plan.. insyaAllah we'll be getting a smaller corner semi-d nearby our home now which either the RM860K or RM1.2M.. and get an ID who can do the interior like this house... if the house above, the ID cost about RM500K..maybe we can invest around RM200K since our home is smaller ;) cool huh... and add another RM170K for a swimming pool...ahhhh bliss!! life is so wonderful!! :) ameen!!

kaiser came home from work yesterday and showed me an advertisement postcard. "hey look here, wanna go and watch some showhouses?" with a glow in his eyes.. i looked at the card.. and from the advertisement, it does look interesting. so, since we are not doing anything anyway.. i agreed to go with him for house window shopping. that's what we like to do.. looking at beautiful houses and area :) took a 20 minutes drive from our house..

when we got there, we were greated by the sales team, a guy (ooppss sorry forgot his name) showed us 1 bungalow +- Rm5M, semi-d RM2.6M and another one RM3M... the best that we saw was the RM3M semi-d. nice design inside, arrangement... and with a common area by the side of the house, playground and bbq area. some houses are with swimming pools. is it really worth spending that kind of money for the house? hmmm well, some people like it because of the area. kaiser and i had the same opinion on the area.. that, would there be people who'd rent a house there starting at rm9K a month? hmmm i don't know.. the materials in the house doesn't look worth paying :( even the interior design is not attractive enough :(

as we drove down the hill out of the housing area, we noticed that the house that we like earlier is seated exactly at the edge of a hill... hmmm... paying rm3M and can't sleep well at night due to that? heh heh heh :D and after that visit, we went to giant to do our weekend groceries... and we decided that we might as well, settle for a semi-d near our house now.. and spend a lil bit more for renovation... the area is cooling, nice community (after being here for 1.5 years), safe - insyaAllah... and yeahh... i guess, that is a plan ~ for our future, the family together, insyaAllah :)

all we need is a room for us, one room each for joelis, a guestroom, a small gym &/or family room.. a garden/pool... yeahh... that's it! :)
