rindu padanya

korang pernah tak rasa macam banyak sangat benda nak cerita tapi tak tau mana nak start? aku rasa (macamana yg aku pernah cakap/tulis) hari hari aku sekarang ni memang terasa sangat laju and cepat berlalu. towards end of year ni banyak perkara or insiden yang berlaku. some are good and some are challenging. tapi aku rasa lagi banyak yang best kut. 

personal: zumba event aku tiap bulan ada je, walaupun kecil-kecilan, at least bernafas jugak la AFDA and kurang sikit aku nak kena top up. boleh la tambah2 mana mana yang patut. kalau korang rasa aku boleh kaya kalau organise event atau kalau dapat jemputan, korang salah. it is just nice so far untuk membantu AFDA untuk terus hidup and berbakti untuk komuniti. aku teringat salah sorang kenalan aku bagitau, bila aku cakap dengan dia, dah a few times kut aku rasa macam tak larat sangat dah nak cuba kekalkan AFDA. kadang2 memang aku rasa sangat tersepit, tapi alhamdulillah AFDA masih kukuh sehingga ke hari ini. mungkin ada berkat di sebalik kewujudan AFDA. where i can share the healthy lifestyle among women (and men) secara muslimah - walaupun aku belum lagi sepenuhnya menjadi seorang muslimah yang 100%. #siscuba. and kenalan aku cakap, mungkin Allah izinkan AFDA untuk terus hidup sebab secara aku tak sedar, aku buat some people happy dengan menyediakan tempat untuk diorang beriadah, untuk jumpa kawan2 baru, untuk release tension dan sebagainya. kalau macam tu, alhamdulillah aku berjaya meng happy kan orang 😃

family: kitorang baru lepas settle N4 punya majlis pertunangan last Saturday. dalam kesibukan preparation tu semua aku teringat bila time2 gaduh dulu. aku pernah cakap kalau N4 nak kawin esok, aku tak nak amik port pun - malas nak tolong or kisah or ambik tau. fuuh masa tu memang marah sangat lah... nyampah sangat lah... 🤣 tapi ye lah, orang kata, dah nama je adik beradik. mana boleh nak marah lama2 atau betul2 simpan dalam hati perasan macam tu. so, N4 nak kawin ni, aku lah floor manager dia and memang benda2 yang aku suka buat pun. and started with majlis pertunangan dia. which memang kami ada bahagian masing2 untuk adik beradik. alhamdulillah semua berjalan lancar. in short, boleh tengok la tq note dari N4 hehehe 😃N2 tu aku :P korang enjoy la dulu gambar2 ni nanti aku sambung balik. seperti biasa... masa mencemburui aku. 

Cergas Ramadan Segment on MHI

Finally the day has come where i will get to meet my twin sister again :D yey! **happy mode** i was afraid to go back to sleep after sahur because i wanna be on time. last minute i asked aliza if she can come with me since lisa is not available because, she needs to send joey to school. and yey, aliza said yes, after i arranged lisa to send fizzi (aliza's daughter) to work :D hehehe :D

and since i had only about 20 minutes from my house.. for the first time driving more than the usual.. heheh :D and i got at sri pentas at 7.01am... and when FaFau arrived we were like boria.. hahah the red and black attire.

okay i would also like to take this chance to explain certain things about todays appearance on MHI since some were wondering or questioning. 

the song & attire were chosen by the organizer/client which also depending on the suitability of fasting month and community. so if any of you wonder why i wasn't dancing like usual, that is the reason.. heheheh :D quite limited movement there if you noticed but it is okay, i really had fun and grateful for the opportunity. 

and when i got home, i actually slept for few hours because i didn't really sleep the night before andddd... because i am on leave and i can!! heheheh wwwooohhooo

FaFau and I on MHI 20 June 2016

yeah i am supposed to sleep but right now i am busy copying the song for MHI that is supposed to start at 8am. looks like i won't be able to sleep after sahur huh? :D how do i get the opportunity? well thanks to my youngest sister and bakal adik ipar :p hehehe :D and yey... i get to meet up with FaFau again. she is kinda cool and funny and sempoi. and it is like i have known her for so long when talking to her. and she is pretty friendly too.

so yeah... what i did today was, i had to run to the saloon to do my hair.. hahaha :D i can have my workout today to replace my cancelled session yesterday but... errmm if i workout then i will sweat and i need to wash my hair again! so, i decided not to do any weight training.. hik hik.. so yeah.. stay tuned tomorrow everyone and watch FaFau and me with the simplest ZUMBA routine :D

last friday of 2013

yeahh semua orang tengah sibuk2 dok cakap pasal the last thursday lah.. last friday lah... now it's my turn.. ok.. first in my life, aku sibuk gantung2 bunting in keramat, bukit antarabangsa, setiawangsa & jelatek. just hope that those buntings last long... at least until our event ends :) memang macam kelakar lah kan... and mula2 tu aku malu jugak nak gantung, tapi bila dah masuk bunting ke-dua, aku dah seronok pulak. kaiser sampai berpeluh2 dok terjinjit jinjit nak gantung. kalau ambik upah, mau rm5 satu bunting and minimum 50 bunting.. mak ai.. banyak tuh.. kami punya cuma 8 jer yang kami hang. ada lagi 3 nak safe for the event, nak letak kat dalam dewan. lepas tu ada 3 lagi banner nak pikir mana nak letak. mungkin 1 banner yang kecik boleh letak kat XTreme Hardcore Gym kalau owner bagi kebenaran. ermm entah lah penat nak bebel banyak2, badan tengah banyak angin ni... nak pi urut tak sempat2 lagi... hmmm

office open house @ KLHilton

for the first time since working here for the past 17 years... i actually stayed till the end of the event for hari raya open house. and this year, i get to chat with a few people i know... meet new people.. smiling, talking, joking... laughing.. and yeah.. i had a great time :) and owhh if you are wondering why are there a few in pink, that is because those who are entertaining clients/guests/customers should wear pink.. :p 

this year our office had the open house in a smaller scale, no spouse no children... my kids were sad at first for not getting invited, but this is how it is.. work is work - aku yang menurut perintah.. on the other hand, i stayed longer and managed to meet more people. :) 

and i get to actually chat with datuk astaman.. a nice VIP :) hmmphh.. it was good.. yeah... :D these are a few pictures i gathered in my phone camera and some from my friends. enjoy!

haaa ni mokcik nak habaq mai... gegham betui dgn masyarakat kita ni... ehh jap... sebelom tu, kalau slang mokcik ni bercampur baur..soghy yehh... tetiba rasa nak merapu dgn telor tah haper haper.. janji point sampai! ok..ok... back to reality...

i think this is common among malaysians.. i don't know about other countries lah..whenever there is an invite, they will seldom reply to inform whether they are coming or not. macam tak de courtesy langsung. bukan payah pun kalau nak tekan button reply ke.. or sms just to say yes or no ke.. depa buat diam jer.. and expect organiser to terkedek2 nak kena tanya balik.. there are reasons why invitation comes with RSVP..kan... ermm wait.. do you actually know what it means? itulah omputih nak pakai, kita pun nak pakai... if you ask me, asalnya, i couldn't be bothered to know what it really means, cuma yang aku tau, maknanya, 'bagilah jwpan dol!!' :P ok, ni aku dah carikkan kat wikipedia..

so anyway, ni la perangai masyarakat kita yang aku rasa kalau aku ckp lebih2.. orang kata aku kasar bahasa... tapi ye lah.. mcm tak bertamadun & bertimbangrasa. kita nak jwpn bukan bermaksud kita desperate ke apa, cuma nak buat anggaran.. every event tu kan ada anggaran & budget... tak kisah la event tu besar ke kecik ker.. 

lagi satu, jawapan common untuk tidak akan hadir adalah maybe atau insyaAllah... hmmm this one, selalunya patut anggap lah tak datang, coz kununnya adat melayu,  tak mau orang tersinggung kalau cakap 'no' maka, bagi lah jawapan as 'maybe' atau 'tentative'... hmmm manusia2... 

so lepas ni, hopefully you readers, kalau ada jemputan, sila lah berikan jawapan sejujurnya ye.. tak baik nyusahkan orang.. :)
