Joey's Grad Photoshoot at Suafoto, Wangsa Maju

i love photoshoots, and the last minute thingy end up with us having fun at Suafoto, Wangsa Maju. i wanted to have KalamsClan photoshoot just like what we had for Lisa. But again to get everyone, not as easy, and Joey was telling me, the photos that we took on the day of graduation were good enough. i was a bit frustrated but it's okay. my kids are all grown up. not everything that a mom would want aligns with what they want. so yeah.. i make peace 😂 i am grinning as i type this.. macam mengada je sedihnya kan.

anyway, suddenly last night joey texted me and asked, 

"mama nak photoshoot? i woke up late and i still have not returned my robe yet" 

dengan sepantas kilat i answered his text,

"nak!!!"

so, i found this place, when i was searching for photoshoot near me. not bad jugak and it wasn't expensive. we took the lowest package, ingatkan tak cukup masa, but end up cukup je with 65 photos. seronok jugak and might wanna go there again someday. 

we were given a room with all the photography facilities, and we were given the remote to control the camera. next time can do better la sebab cara nak click remote tu pun ada cara supaya gambar sharper, tak de la waste time and photos. kiranya it focus better lah, macam tu.

Congrats Joey!! 14th Convo Ceremony - Uni of Cyberjaya

hari yang di nanti2, alhamdulillah so happy when joey [Degree in Psychology] finally informed us his graduation date. we had to organise with his dad in seating arrangement, macam biasa lah, kat malaysia ni seats akan dapat 2 sahaja. so TH dgn KK sat in the guest room to watch live online. 

seperti biasa juga, my parents do not want to miss this special moment to celebrate with their grandson. joey terharu tengok nenek datang juga sampai menangis. and that night we had our family dinner to celebrate joey's graduation at Rebung 2, Putrajaya. was a good decision, tempat spacious, choice of food banyak, and selesa untuk warga emas juga. alhamdulillah. we booked 2 tables memang cukup for all of us. 

kalau nak share semua gambar2 sini memang jadi albumlah blog i, so kita choose the best ye. congrats joey, mama is so proud of your determination despite lots of things happening in your life. love you!

Grateful - so much

i have been thinking of sharing my happy thoughts last week. well, actually about 5 minutes ago, i got another news. but let's start with my 1st story first. 

i am so happy that i got a new laptop from TH... well it was unexpected. really. we wanted to go to lowyat plaza to look for android box for my mom since she terminated her astro awhile ago. but when whe reached there, suddenly TH said he wants to look for a printer. and so he bought one. but before we left the shop, TH asked the shop owner which laptop shop is good around there, and to cut story short, i got a new laptop from TH. yey! 😍 to be honest i have been feeling guilty for holding on to TH's laptop since i left the company i worked for. and whenever TH uses his phone to attend his online meeting, or to do his work, i feel real bad - but i don't know how to handle this, i mean, i cannot afford to buy a new laptop whatsoever. and the shop owner showed us that he had a preloved thinkpad similar to mine - i quietly got excited but dare not say anything until TH said, "are you okay if i buy for you that laptop and i take back the current one?" without thinking long i said "yes!! omaigod yes!" and TH was shocked coz i answered so quickly hahhaha 😁 maybe he felt uneasy because it was a preloved laptop and his is a new one, but hey... i don't mind a small laptop and it is lighter for me and it reminds me of my previous laptop which i miss so much. so, yeah... i got a new laptop.. it was refurbished, we got it wrapped and changed to a new keypad coz the one earlier was a US keypad? i am a happy wife. err i just need to adjust back using a smaller laptop. 😂

and another good news is today i got back my domain- just that a bit different from the previous one. so now, you can type www.ain-kalam.com and it will bring you to this blog. 

Resipi Udang Butter Sarang Telur

Hari ni, aku try buat Udang Butter Sarang Telur. Aku malas nak type cara aku buat tapi korang boleh ikut resipi yang aku share kat bawah ni ye. Confirm sedap. Cara aku buat pun sama, cuma bezanya aku goreng udang tu salut tepung dulu. Ermm well, my maid goreng lah. hehehe..😁 aku buat gravy dia je sebab aku tak suka menggoreng2 sebenarnya. 

So far yang aku dah biasa or terrer buat yang tanpa sarang telur tu. aku pernah buat butter milk prawn or chicken biasa je and once buat salted egg. 

Dah siap tu, panas2, terus deliver ke ayah & mama. Mula2 mama kata diorang lunch tosei je yang dah beli pagi tadi tapi tak makan. Aleh2 bila butter prawn sampai, ayah terus cedok nasi atas pinggan & makan dengan berselera sekali. 😍 Alhamdulillah lega hati aku tengok ayah mama happy makan lauk yang aku masak. 

The good think about lockdown ni, aku masak macam2 jenis yang baru. yang dulu tak de pulak aku explore masakan2 macam ni. #alhamdulillah

Bahan-bahan untuk sarang telur:
✔2 biji kuning telur
✔Sesenduk butter/margerin
✔1 cawan minyak

Cara-cara penyediaan sarang telur:
1. Pukul ringan kuning telur.

2. Panaskan butter/margerin bersama minyak. Sebaiknya gunakan senduk bulat.

3. Bila minyak dalam kuali sudah betul betul panas, pusing-pusingkan dengan senduk tu laju laju membentuk bulatan sehala tanpa henti.

4. Kemudian tuangkan kuning telur tadi, tuang tinggi sikit supaya yang jatuh ke dalam kuali tu halus.

5. Teruskan pusing minyak tu laju laju dan tuang hingga habis. Pusing terus senduk tu sehingga telur tu masak berwarna keemasan. Setelah masak tuangkan ke dalam tapis seperti tapis santan besi untuk toskan minyaknya.

6. Gula secukup rasa dan taburkan gula setelah sarang tadi diangkat/dituang dalam tapis. Tabur semasa sarang tu masih panas. Lepas itu godek-godekkan sikit dengan sudu bagi gula tu rata. Ketepikan.

Bahan-bahan untuk masak udang :
✔12 ekor udang saiz besar atau sederhana
✔Garam, lada sulah dan minyak - untuk menggoreng
✔3 ulas bwg putih - dicincang
✔6-8 tangkai cili padi - dihiris
✔5 tangkai daun kari
✔1/4 cawan susu cair
✔Butter

Cara-cara :
1. Mula mula goreng dulu udang yang digaul dengan sedikit garam dan lada sulah sehingga agak berubah warna dan masak. Jangan goreng terlalu lama sangat nanti udang akan mengecut, tak cantik dan agak keras bila dimakan.

2. Angkat dan toskan minyaknya. Keluarkan minyak tu dari kuali, tak nak guna lagi.

3. Panaskan butter/margerin di dalam kuali dan tumis bawang putih, cili padi dan daun kari hingga garing dan naik bau.

4. Kemudian masukkan susu cair dan masak sebentar.

5. Masukkan udang yang digoreng tadi, sedikit serbuk lada hitam/putih dan garam secukup rasa. Jangan masukkan banyak sangat garam sebab butter atau margarine sudah ada garam.

6. Setelah semua bahan masak dan mesra, bolehlah dimasukkan ke dalam pinggan hidangan dan taburkan sarang telur/floss yang kita buat tadi.

my heartful gratitude today: i will try to pick and choose some from the picture above. you can try this too!

1. i woke up healthy and with food on the table & hubby by my side (although cuma VC)😋
2. i get to do zumba, zumba sentao & zumba toning for 1 hour!
3. i can talk to people well on how they can start taking care of themselves by eating right & with the right supplement.
4. by acting within 5 seconds when your thoughts came into your mind - you can accomplish a lot.
5. my dad is well and made fried rice for all of us, on fathers' day! 💓
6. i get to bring mischa out for a drive and she behaved.
7. that this business is running well for me - alhamdulillah.
8. completed our demo session well - great teamwork from all, yey!
9. get to see my 2 nieces when i sent the karipap frozen to their house.

my heartful gratitude today:

1. woke up and had a soft and hydrated skin after using the new pillow glow mask😂
2. saw my husband on vc
3. i managed to get my organization chart and showed to SR
4. have a maid to help to do the karipap while i attend meetings
5. my healthy parents around although we cannot really meet up
6. managed to get some groceries sent after shopping online
7. got dinner from N3
8. settled all karipap for my siblings and parents
9. had a very good session in 10pm grouping "how to eliminate self doubt"
10. made a gf happy when i gave her some karipap that i made and some gifts from NuSkin

My 2nd week of Ramadhan Mood

every year we do this, iftar and terawikh at my parents place. bezanya tahun ni, mama ayah now live in Nilam's Residence. a cosy ground floor apartment that we managed to re-do and redecorate for their comfort. we means, N2, N3 & N4. 

today's posting is about me trying different kind of material to wear a hijab. entah, saje2 try2 yang mana i feel comfortable, mana lah tahu satu hari terbuka hati nak pakai kan. to cover aurat is wajib, noted cuma ye lah, kita nak hati tu bulat untuk melakukan sesuatu and dengan ikhlas. 

lepas tu dalam pada mood nak try2 tudung, and i also bought a few new ones.. hahaha yeah ok i will donate some to those who needs them. just so that kiranya up-to-date dengan style sekarang, kut. but anyway aku ni bukan selalu ikut trend pun. i prefer yang evergreen. and for these photos, aku banyak guna face app sebab tak reti nak make up. hehehe 😁so pilih je nak make up style macamana and selalunya aku akan pilih yang simple je lah.

ok yang atas tu semua tudung sarung aku baru beli. murah kau.. kat Heejab. ada yang 3 helai RM100 jer. ok yang kat bawah ni pulak pakai selendang atau jenis shawl yang lama2 yang ada kat my cabinet tudung2 tu.

• get to peluk yaaya
• mischa is ok - just a bit underweight
• mischa has started to eat again slowly
• have a wonderful hairdresser who knows what i love best
• wonderful tsunami team
• awesome leader aka the storm

17 Apr 2021 went well, alhamdulillah

Take a moment to think of today

had a wonderful day. carpet and baju dah sampai lepas hantar laundry. submitted approval to go tawau in 2 weeks time. i miss TH so much. and then tengahari from 1pm to 4pm attended BSE1 [Business Sch for Entrepreneur 1] by ST. learned a lot and got more energized alhamdulillah.

just realized that i am the speaker for tonight and baru nak buat slides. but i enjoyed the book very much and at the same time, i watched the video on you tube. 

managed to talk to my school mate on NuSkin business and how its supplement can help everyone. 

tonight's presentation went well and everyone can feel my happiness and excitement to share. 

Planned to catch up with 4 people tomorrow. Nite2

Alhamdulillah for 7 - 8 Feb 2021

 I am grateful for these 2 days but yesterday i was too tired to post it here

1. Healthier than yesterday - alhamdulillah
2. I get to open up with my 3 mentors (successful leaders of NuSkin)
3. I am feeling much lighter (macam ringan beban sikit)
4. It was easy and smooth at the police station
5. My parents seem happy at the new home
6. I learn more and more daily after attending more trainings
7. My house is so cosy and spacious & I love it so much
8. Rezki is always there in many ways for me - alhamdulillah syukur sangat
9. For my loving husband who is so macho and responsible
10. For having mischa who always accompanies me and wakes me up for Subuh

Gratitude

i have many things to be thankful for, despite having to stay home due to the outbreak. and tonight since i cannot sleep, i'd like to list them here. #alhamdulillah for the following: 

1. Lisa decided to graduate 1 semester earlier, or i will be worried like hell if she is still in the US. 
2. Lisa get to have her graduation, coz looking at the situation in the US right now, don't think there will be any graduation ceremony anywhere.
3. Joey is with me at home and i do not have to worry about him having enough food, or if he eats right, or if he is healthy etc.
4. I am no longer an employee coz at least during MCO, i can do whatever i want during the day and do not have to think about office.
5. I get to cook everyday and polish back my cooking skills.
6. My nikah is a very simple occasion and there was only 20 people or less attended, very intimate event.
7. Having a husband who can be my Imam during prayers. 
8. Although Lisa's room is still in a very bad shape, at least i have a place to live in.
9. Such a loving baby gurl name Mischa who will be with me all the time.
10. I am still breathing - all my family members are safe at home and healthy #alhamdulillah sangat.
11. Insyaallah masih ada cash to survive.
12. Two independent children and i do not have to worry about what to do with kids at home 😅 

22 Feb 2020 - #hadiainstory engagement

this is the date that i got engaged. and i actually typed all this just few days after my engagement but i choose to post this after my wedding. simply because orang kata kalau bertunang tu senyap2 je dulu. yang part nikah tu boleh announce. sebabnya? kata orang, nanti akan ada yang busuk hati and try many things to stop the wedding. i know it sounds so drama but being berhati2 tak salah kan? anyway cuma another about 1 month before our wedding pun. 

tak de aturcara besar2 pun, just us kalams clan and few uncles' family as jurucakap and from AH's side his parents, his younger brother and his younger brother's parents in law. 

to tell you the truth sekarang ni mood aku tengah ke laut sebab tu lah aku choose to write my blog. at least aku boleh clearkan my mind sikit and entertain with something yang best. 

somehow since awal dah shop for the materials - untuk wedding and also for bertunang. but somehow bila baju tunang dah siap, aku tak puas hati. either i am not happy with my current body shape or the material tu lembut sangat. so aku pun resort pada my own tailor kat taman setiawangsa and she came up with a long dress for me. so yeah.. and to make it a lil bit glamorous - sebab comment yang aku terima, dress tu plain sangat. aku pun hantar to another tailor Mimyjahit kat taman sri rampai tu do the beading work on the hands. she did good job for my dress.

 so yeah those are my plans. and as always, kita merancang tapi Allah menentukan. malam sebelum tu i was too tired. i put on my power mask on my face and it was supposed to be 15 to 20 minutes and i told myself that i will get up and iron my tunang dress. but somehow, i fell asleep. by the time i woke up it was already 630am so too late lah kan nak iron segala bagai. so i just grab those 2 pairs, just in case, and drove to my parents at kemensah. 

when i arrived, my MUA belum sampai so i pun chill sikit and makan nasi lemak beberapa suap sebab nanti kalau lambat sure i kebulur kan. by around 930am MUA sampai and we got ready at the guests' room kat depan. i passed my dress to my niece kelly to iron. tak sampai beberapa minit, i could hear my niece's voice shouting my name.. suara lain macam je.. and to cut story short.. 

baju berlubang sudaahhh.. 

but i wasnt upset pun sebab benda dah jadi. sekarang ni aku kalau lah berlaku sesuatu, cuma Allah nak sampaikan sesuatu juga.so redha je lah. i just told my niece, "please go and get your mom's baby blue baju kurung that i tried last week. i will wear that one to suit the baby blue veil" kesian my niece she panicked.  

taraaa!! 

alhamdulillah the majlis went well. and i am happily engaged to AH. 😍 semoga Allah permudahkan lagi perjalanan kami seterusnya dan perhubungan ini diredhai Allah.
