migraine attack

its 940pm now... kaiser is not back yet... i need him to massage my back :( could it because of the training this morning? the sports centre was too hot? or was it because of the weather? and i was on the scooter with kaiser? but i had a great time training today :) but... why the migraine attack? dangggg.... hellpppp... i took 1 pain killer and 1 pill for angin :(
