Stomach Upset - Tawau Specialist Medical Centre

i have been getting diarrhea since friday, 17 Dec 2021 evening. i suspect the culprit was the food that i heated up from my fridge and it has been there for 5 days. after a long pause of updating my blog, now i am updating on being sick. well, we are human. the reason that i have not been updating my blog was because i was not being urrmm how do i say it, not happy enough to update? the mood is just not there? too much on my mind? anyway, what TH said, my blog is for me to express - so be it. 

warning: i will be jumbling up postings ok, just feel like updating this one first. i will update more on floods that has been going on in selangor area.

i was in and out of the toilet 7 times on friday, yup i actually count it coz i know if i go to the clinic, the doctor will ask. i drained out until there was nothing - just waterish. iyeww i know.. hahaha.. 😋 the next day i went to the wedding anyway - we tried. lisa and i but we had to turn back due to the flood. 

on sunday i had a bad cramp that i could not even get up out bed. lisa came and helped me to the clinic. i was given drips as my 'garam' was too low in my body due to the diarrhea. by late afternoon the cramp was better and i didn't have to use the tongkat to walk. 

the next day, the day that my flight to Tawau, i had diarrhea again on 20 Dec 2021. went to the clinic and get a jab and given more meds. alhamdulillah on the way to the airport my tummy behaved. until i reached the airport, i had to visit the toilet a few times. i was so happy to meet up with TH. missed him so much. arrived at Tawau Airport around 845pm and we had our dinner ordered via grab coz i was too tired or maybe scared that if we were to eat out, i won't have time to go to the toilet.. ahahah 😃

so anyway, on the 2nd day, in the morning i have been visiting the toilet a lot again so i decided to get myself checked further and i was admitted to TSMC. here in Tawau, i have to lower down my expectation. had to pay upfront unlike in KL everything was much easier, and the hospitals are better i guess and more options. i chose TSMC cause it is nearer to our home in Tawau.

so here i was for 1 night, TH was on duty so it was better for me to be at the hospital, at least ada nurses around. Had my expectation low coz, i am so used to either PCMC or GIMC in KL and being on my own and having own insurance can be tricky, some places i have to pay first and claim. so this part was quite troublesome lah. the rate is quite high for the quality of the room but i guess, it is ok. for only 1 night. it has been many days now and my tummy is still sensitive.
