meal plan for tomorrow?

erkkk can i do this? no more meehoon goreng + paru for breakfast? **sigh** hmmmm.... ok, i can do this!! i can do this!! :D :p chaiyokkkk....

Day 4:
Breakfast: Midmorning Snack:
  • Lean Body RTD Shake (chocolate)
Lunch:
  • Turkey Tenderloins (from the night before)
  • Lentil Soup
  • Tangy New Potatoes
Midafternoon:
  • 1 cup of Fat-Free Cottage Cheese
  • Peach Slices
  • Granola Bar
  • Water
Dinner:
  • Sweet Potato Salmon
  • Tangy New Potatoes
  • Small Salad
  • Frozen Yogurt
  • Water
