My baby's shower day!

I am at the car wash now. Lisa asked if I'd like to go to the one at caltex so that we can sit in the car while they wash my car :) and I said, no as I prefer the one in setiawangsa because of the customer service. They are friendly and that makes us wanna come back. :) so I told Lisa, that's what customer service is all about, if you treat people nicely, like your friends, customer will return :)

Wouldn't you want to be treated nicely anywhere? If your answer is 'yes', start to treat others nicely too! ;)
