New Project in Tawau

offlate ni mata aku dah berpinar tengok barang2 rumah for our house in tawau. finally tuan dapat his kuarters for us to live in. dah la rumah tu dah 2 bulan kosong. unfortunately he got an irresponsible landlord. the house is quite badly damaged. takat nak tunggu je memang nothing is gonna get done. sampai it has become quite tegang for both of us. i wonder how does the family lived in that house like that. 

so our new project is to beautify the house so that ia adalah sesuai untuk di duduki. coz tuan knows me so well what i would look at before getting my foot in that house. time macam ni i wish i have my contractor around yang dah biasa. tapi sebab kat tawau kan, memang la tak kenal sesiapa unless tuan boleh check dengan his kenalan kat sana. i am sure there is someone who can help out.

aku pelik betul dengan warna dalaman rumah ni. OMG hijau??? dah la tu, hijau macam ni pulak tu. dah macam ada cult pulak kat rumah tu dulu. 😂 tengok dapur pun agak rosak teruk lah lantai and ada lubang tersumbat. 

our challenge would be:

• get used furniture yang elok and harga berpatutan.
• get the house ready soonest possible.
