Bloody Agents

i am so pissed off with the property agent now. somebody so called 'datin' is staying at the guesthouse. and she has not signed the agreement. no doubt all fees are paid, but without the agreement signed, how can i be sure that the monthly rental will be paid accordingly? and the agent keep on saying that she will take care of it and don't worry. WTFart... of course i need to have the agreement, i own the guesthouse... bloody hell!!

just finished talking to the agent saying, 'i dont care of she / he is a datok or a datin, tan sri or the perdana menteri! i want the agreement to be signed!'
